Équipement JYL acquires "the little house" at 926 Boulevard du Royaume. The place is iconic for customers and staff as it has been at the heart of our operations for 24 years.
Lionel Gagnon partners with Gérald Tremblay for the next 17 years. Together, they form an excellent team as Lionel brings extensive sales experience, while Gérald is a machinery specialist.
Gérald Tremblay retires, and Stéphane Gagnon, son of Lionel Gagnon, joins the company. He comes with a lot of experience in the automotive industry, an insatiable thirst for learning, and undeniable entrepreneurial skills. He becomes a shareholder a few years later.
Winds of change blow through the company! JYL ventures into the sale of new equipment through a partnership with Link-Belt Equipment.
A significant year for Équipement JYL as Sébastien Gagné becomes a shareholder. Serving the company since 2015, his extensive experience and skills make him an invaluable resource.
The company becomes a supplier of Sany products. This allows Équipement JYL to offer a new range of excavators and forklifts.
Équipement JYL gets a makeover! The company moves to a brand-new building at 1547 Boulevard du Royaume Ouest. Its rapid expansion leads the company to enlarge its premises by tripling its size.
Having not had the opportunity to proceed with the official opening of our new premises in 2020, we organized the event two years later. Customers, suppliers, employees, families, and friends; everyone is invited to this grand event, which is a success!
